Directions to Atlanta Vision Institute, Johns Creek

Heading from GA 400-South

  1. Take exit 10 for GA 120/Old Milton Pkwy toward Alpharetta
  2. Turn right after getting onto the exit.
  3. Continue straight after getting onto the exit.
  4. Turn left onto Kimball Bridge Road
  5. Continue straight onto Abbotts Bridge Road (Keep going straight after turning left onto Kimball Bridge Road)
  6. Turn left onto Medlock Bridge Road
  7. Turn right onto Johns Creek Pkwy
  8. The building (Medlock Medical) will be on the left.
  9. Upon entering inside the Medlock Medical building, our office is on the main floor and the first office on the right.

Heading from GA 400-North

  1. Take exit towards McFarland Pkwy
  2. Turn left onto McFarland Pkwy
  3. Turn left onto McGinnis Ferry Road
  4. Turn right onto Medlock Bridge Rd
  5. Turn left onto Johns Creek Pkwy
  6. The building (Medlock Medical) will on the left
  7. Upon entering inside the Medlock Medical building, our office is on the main floor and the first office on the right.

Heading from I-285 West and East

  1. Take exit 31B to merge onto GA-141 North/Peachtree Industrial Blvd
  2. Drive over the bridge
  3. Merge to the left to go onto Peachtree Pkwy towards GA 400/Cumming/Dahlonega
  4. Continue straight for about 20 minutes
  5. Turn right onto Johns Creek Pkwy
  6. The building (Medlock Medical) will be on the left
  7. Upon entering inside the Medlock Medical building, our office is on the main floor and the first office on the right.

Heading from I-85 North

  1. Take exit 111 towards Suwannee
  2. Turn right after getting onto the exit
  3. Turn left onto Buford Hwy (A BBQ restaurant will be on the right, Suwannee Park will be on your left, and there is a fire department across from the park)
  4. Turn right onto McGinnis Ferry Rd and continue for 10 minutes
  5. Turn left onto Technology Circle
  6. Turn left onto Johns Creek Pkwy
  7. The building (Medlock Medical) will be on the right

Heading from GA 400 TOLL North

  1. Take unnamed road (Portions toll).
  2. Take GA-400-TOLL N (Portions toll).
  3. Take EXIT 4A toward I-285 E/GREENVILLE/AUGUSTA.
  4. Merge onto I-285 E/GA-407 E toward GREENVILLE/AUGUSTA.
  5. Take the ASHFORD-DUNWOODY RD exit, EXIT 29.
